Join us for a garden stroll, where I'll introduce you to 10+ calming herbs! We'll discuss how to use herbs to quiet a racing mind, soothe an anxious heart, ease sadness and relax into sleep. Herbs covered include holy basil, passionflower, motherwort, milky oats, lemon balm, skullcap, saint john's wort and more! Together we'll do a simple mindfulness meditation with herbal tea, a soothing practice you can do at home. You'll learn to make an herbal infusion and create your own calming tea blend to take home!
