We've dreamt of having a space in the community to share our love for herbal medicine, and now we do! Through our partnership with Haven Farm in Knightdale, we're creating an interactive space where you can learn about, try and make your own herbal medicine!

Hourly Consult
(1 hr)
Hourly consults provide support for acute conditions (e.g., a UTI, cold, menstrual cramps). I'll design 1-2 custom herbal blends and recommend simple lifestyle changes.
*Note: For chronic or complex issues, I recommend the Holistic Consult packages.

Holistic Consult
(1, 3, 6-month)
Holistic consults are for those looking to address chronic or complex imbalances, holistically. I'll design a plan to help you find balance naturally, through food, stress reduction, supplements and custom herbal blends.
