Acute Care Consult 

​

Purpose: To provide herbal support for an acute care* issue (e.g., cold/flu support, acute stress relief).

 

Includes: 1 hour call, 1+ customized herbal formulas**, discount on herbal formulas. May include 1-2 lifestyle recommendations, as needed.

Rate: $75-95 (sliding scale, please pay what you can)

*Note: It is up to the discretion of practitioner whether client concerns are acute or require more in depth assessment. If information gathered during an acute care call reveals the problem to be related to chronic or systemic health problem, the practitioner may recommend upgrading to the Holistic Wellness Package

Holistic Wellness Package- 1 or 3 Months

​

Purpose: These packages offer deeper, holistic support for those with chronic health conditions. We'll focus on restoring balance and bolstering resilience through gentle lifestyle changes and herbal support. These plans offer the time needed to gradually introduce changes, collect new information (e.g., food diary, blood tests), and check-in through-out to assess how the plan is working for you. It can take a couple of months of following a plan to see results, as we are working on correcting imbalances that may have taken years to develop. The results of a holistic plan are often more effective and longer lasting than symptom relief alone, and worth the extra effort!

What to Expect: In the first consult (2 hr) we’ll go over your health history and symptoms in depth. I'll use this information to assess underlying imbalances and design a holistic plan tailored to your needs. The play may include lifestyle modifications (nourishing foods, supporting sleep, reducing stress, exercise), custom herbal formulations, and supplement recommendations. We'll work through the plan gradually over the following months.

Q: What are custom herbal formulas? Every person is different! This is why I create custom formulations of herbs for each client, hand blending them in my apothecary. These likely include herbal teas and tinctures, often with herbs from my home garden!

*New! Women's Balance Package (3- Month)

This package is for those seeking holistic care and herbal support for hormonal shifts or imbalances (e.g., perimenopause, postpartum, irregular or painful cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, etc.). Over a period of 3 months, we'll work to nourish and restore balance across multiple body systems impacting your hormones and reproductive health.

Your period is a vital sign, an indicator of overall health in the body. This is because multiple body systems affect and are affected by our hormonal landscape (such as digestion, immune system, metabolic system, and more). In other words, everything from stress, anxiety, poor sleep, nutrient deficiencies, illness, inflammation, gut health, to blood sugar swings can throw off our cycles, causing hormonal imbalances, inflammation and pain. Through this 3-month package, we'll work on addressing the root causes behind your menstrual woes, bringing you back into balance with a holistic protocol and herbal blends tailored to your needs.

• Initial consult (2 hr), call to discuss plan (30 min), follow-up call (45 min)

• Custom wellness plan

• Email correspondence through-out 

• Client discount on herbal products

Rate: $325 (Sliding scale and BIPOC discounts available as needed) *Herbal blends are not included in this cost

Holistic Wellness Package (3-Month)

I typically spend 20+hrs dedicated to each client's case​

Includes: 

• Initial consult (2 hr), discussion of plan (30 min), 3 monthly check-in calls (45 min each)

• Custom wellness plan

• Custom herbal formulas* 

• Review of new information as needed (e.g., food journal, bloodwork, etc.)

• Client discount on herbal products

• Email communication throughout

Rate: $495 (Payment plan: $295 for 1st month, $100 for 2nd month, $100 for 3rd month)  Sliding scale as needed; scholarships for BIPOC people available *Herbal blends are not included in this cost

Follow-up appointments (1 hr) $75

​

Follow-up appointments are for existing clients who have finished their plan. They offer an additional opportunity to check-in, review how the wellness plan is working, make changes as needed and plan next steps. It is also a chance to review new information (test results, blood work, food logs) related to the health concerns discussed in the initial consult.

Payment Policies

I ask that payment be submitted along with health history forms 48 hr before the initial meeting, as I need time to review health history forms prior to our consult. Due to current delays in the mailing system, online payment is preferred. If you need to send a check via mail, please let me know ahead of time so we can schedule accordingly.

Cancellation Policies

If you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting, please do so at least 48 hours beforehand. I understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up suddenly that take precedent over a consult. If this is the case, let me know and I’ll work with you to reschedule.
