Locally grown motherwort (whose scientific name means "Lion-Hearted") provides a deeply calming, nurturing influence. Skullcap calms mental tension, while blue vervain softens irritability and anger. Milky oats and lemon balm nourish the nervous system, while lightening the mood. Aromatic rose and cardamom offer a little compassion & self-love.
 
This blend may have additional benefits, including increased milk production* for new moms, and gently supporting hot flashes during perimenopause.
