Bring a little sweetness to Valentine's day, with herbal aphrodisiac syrups! Join us at the cozy Daughters Cafe for a workshop on herbal aphrodisiacs! Whether you're looking to spark romance, or just make life a little more playful, you won't want to miss this fun-loving class! You'll learn about aphrodisiac, nervine and adaptogen herbs to help you unwind, feel more joyful and yes-lift your libido. You'll learn how to spice things up with cayenne, nourish your nervous system with milky oats, relax with ashwagandha, and get a little playful with damiana. And we'll be working with my favorite aphrodisiac- damiana! The first time I tried damiana, I broke out into laughter (for no clear reason) because this herb just seems to inspire playfulness. We'll make a gorgeous Persian Love Cake syrup (my special recipe!) with damiana, rose, hibiscus and cardamom, then add it to a a delicious love "latte"! You'll get to take a jar home to add to your favorite beverages, smoothies, coffee, pancakes or icecream. It's the perfect galentine's, date night or treat-yourself date!
