Herbs for Winter: Learn to Make Elderberry Syrup!

Warm up to winter, with herbs! Together we’ll make elderberry syrup, and you'll learn how to boost immunity, break fevers, loosen coughs and soothe sore throats with herbal teas, steams and syrups.

Winter is coming… That’s right, the season of sipping deliciously fragrant chai tea by a hot fire, while a blizzard (or a single snowflake) swirls outside. The smells of rosemary and thyme steaming in a pot on a stove…

Maybe you’re picturing a different winter, with nagging coughs or late night trips to the drugstore? Imagine if you could just turn to your kitchen pantry or garden, and brew up a healing tea for those ailments!

In this class, we’ll learn how to embrace winter with herbs! You'll learn how to boost immunity, break a fever, loosen a cough, and soothe a sore throat with herbal teas, steams and syrups. We’ll sip on astragalus chai tea, stroll the farm to meet a few herbs, and make elderberry syrup for you take home!
